The apartments of various sizes all comprise a bedroom, living room with sofa, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, and can accommodate up to 4 people. All apartments provide the following facilities:

APARTMENT HOTEL ACCOMMODATION TERMS and CONDITIONS
In the case of companies it is possible to agree an ad hoc payment system. General rental conditions for apartment hotel accommodation are as follows:
- Deposit: a deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required at the time of booking.
- Balance: the balance must be paid on arrival.
- Security Deposit: a security deposit is required to cover any damage to apartments calculated as a variable sum starting from 250 euros, based on the duration of stay. The security deposit will be returned on departure.
- Pets: the complex does not allow pets
- Extra guests: persons not registered or authorized by the management of the complex are not permitted inside apartments for security reasons.
- Accommodation tax: From January 1 2011 the Municipality of Rome introduced an accommodation tax on the city’s tourism services (Municipal Council Decision no. 67 of July 28/29 2010) of 3,50 euros per person per day, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
